Learn How to Use The Level

The Level offers various training sessions for non-technical content contributors and user administrators. Each of these training sessions generally can be completed in under two hours, and may be customized to your organization’s specific needs.

MODULE U1: The Level User Training

Learn how to use The Level's world-class web content management system to create, modify and publish content to a website, intranet and/or extranet. This covers everything a non-technical end-user needs to know as described in the Product User Manual. Students are given a list of tasks to complete on a demonstration site.
Pre-requisites: none
Audience: all end-users of The Level

MODULE U2: The Level Advanced User Training (for Content Localization)
Learn how to use The Level`s sophisticated localization features. This will allow you to create and localize content for local audiences on a global scale.
Pre-requisites: U1
Audience: all end-users of The Level`s content localization

MODULE U3: The Level Administrator Training
Learn how to use The Level's user administration and content management applications to manage users and roles, establish security and workflow, create new pages and sections, and analyze the activity log. This covers everything a non-technical Administrator needs to know as described in the Product Administrator Manual. Students are given a list of tasks to complete on a demonstration site.
Pre-requisites: U1
Audience: all System Administrators of The Level

The Level also offers training sessions for developers, who are graded and certified upon training completion.
