The Level Web CMS allows non-technical staff to manage all aspects of website content using WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) tools through a standard web browser from any location. Strong, Granular Security: Apply security at several levels of granularity, including permission access by folder, page or individual content item. Each content item has its own security properties that determine which individuals can view, edit and publish that item, or change its security settings. Individuals will only see content for which they have permission, even in search results. Restrict access to content and combine with SSL encryption to ensure secure downloads.
Built-in Workflow: Use Workflow to streamline business processes behind the creation and publication of content and documents. Establish roles for Editors, Publishers and Reviewers of content. Assigned workflow tasks appear within each participant’s personalized, online ‘To Do List’. Notifications of these tasks are also sent via email.
Version Control: All content items, including documents and images, are automatically versioned when edited. View the version history for any item, preview or compare versions, and roll-back to a previous version with one-click.
