From creating custom solutions such as public websites, intranets, extranets, and mobile sites to integrating systems such including social media and other third party systems, we’ve helped our clients tell their stories to customers worldwide.

Let's create your success story

The official tourism site for the state of Hawaii

The Hawaii Visitor and Convention Bureau uses the levelCMS to facilitate client interaction, including rapid updates of events, specials and promotions. The website is integrated with a number of advanced third-party solutions. As a global travel destination, advanced localization and multilingual capabilities are vital.

Rocky Mountaineer use the levelCMS for their public website in English, German and French. The “world’s greatest train” delivers tailored content to a worldwide audience with targeted guest experience packages, spectacular image galleries, breathtaking videos. Using the levelCMS, Rocky Mountaineer website shares information with their travel partners in a secure and efficient manner through their travel trade portal.

Retail intranet and business intelligence tool

A key player in the highly competitive video rental, mobile phone and cable markets, Rogers Retail manages 450 stores nationwide. To execute critical marketing tasks and activities at the store-level in a timely and consistent manner, Rogers use the levelCMS. The new Enterprise Task Management System is a web-based system that delivers a unique “dashboard” view of relevant tasks for each store. Incorporating Web 2.0 features, the application provides a rich, intuitive and user friendly experience that has not required any formal training for in-store staff.

Top 5 Accounting Firm, Grant Thornton

As one of the largest accounting and management consulting firms in Canada, Grant Thornton competes in a knowledge-intensive industry. To ensure this knowledge is captured and accessible on demand, Grant Thornton uses an extensive corporate portal to deliver content, documents and other decision support resources to its 1,700 employees nationwide. Grant Thornton uses the levelCMS to support knowledge management throughout the firm. Grant Thornton also relies on the levelCMS to power its public website and a client extranet application, known as GTOnline. This extranet gives select clients secure access to information and documents.

Powering global content delivery

To keep up with the Company’s rapid pace of change, the Google Web Team must create and publish a large amount of time-sensitive content for its websites. The Team wanted a web-based solution to streamline this increasingly complex task. Google chose The Level’s Enterprise Web Content Management System for the creation, localization and publication of content in its massively multi-lingual environment.

The official website for the 2010 Olympic Games

The official Vancouver 2010 Olympics website had to provide easy content management, a revitalized look and feel, and allow visitors the ability to interact with the site. In 2006, Bell Canada implemented the levelCMS to power the official media phase website for VANOC. The site received high traffic running two servers in a load balanced environment. The site served 280,000 page views per hour and experienced a load of 1.3 million page views on the first day of registration. The site received high praise.

Driving visitors for championship success

With 14 prestigious courses across the United States and Canada, GolfBC redesigned its public websites to ensure they were on par with the exceptional golfing experience its properties deliver. Coast wanted this to be reflected in an updated look of its public website, providing features that would make it easier for visitors to research options and make reservations through the site.

Provincial Crown Agency

BC Housing has been a customer of the Level for over 5 years. We developed their current website and integrated it into our levelCMS, with a challenge of having multiple audiences and lots of information to organize, and implement a website without alienating any particular user group. We developed a sophisticated member login and segmentation functionality, where users who sign up can opt in to their wide range of information initiatives from Job postings, News releases, publications, New Housing initiatives, Homeless Shelter updates, and Housing sustainability.

Historical educational institution in America

Post secondary education is a competitive industry in the United States, with many organizations vying to attract new students. To differentiate, Elmira College makes prospective students feel at ease by dynamically personalizing the user experience to make the site feel relevant to each individual visitor. The site provides an integrated user experience with internal applications allowing students to apply to the college and its programs. Members can search for teachers, register for events, and view an events calendar that is controlled using the administrative functionality of levelCMS.
