Jeff Sinclair, CEO
A seasoned leader with more than a decade of experience in the information technology industry, Jeff Sinclair co-founded The Level and has helped define the vision for the Company and its world class Enteprise Web Content Management System.  Jeff draws on his experience in business development, product development and operations.  He also has extensive experience in service delivery, having overseen production of more than 30 web applications for clients in a wide range of industries. Prior to joining The Level, Jeff held the position of Product Director for a popular network of international financial websites, StockHouse.com, where he managed teams of up to 25 web designers and developers on large-scale projects.  In 2007, Jeff was named to the Top 40 Under 40 by Business in Vancouver.

Dr. Michael Read, CTO
Michael Read offers clients solid and experienced technical advice. His expertise is realized from more than a dozen years of professional programming experience and a Ph.D. in Computer Science. Prior to co-founding The Level, Michael led the application development team at 100world Canada, an international web development firm. Michael began his career in Australia where he held a position as a lead software engineer performing Java software development and web application interface programming. Michael has devoted his entire professional career to the development of workflow and content management systems using Java and XML technologies, and is the original chief architect of The Level's world class Enterprise Web Content Management System.

Colin Hall, VP Systems & Security
One of the original co-founders of The Level, Colin Hall has a strong technical, programming and operations background. His management responsibilities include provisioning, IT infrastructure, operations and security. With over 10 years industry experience, Colin also continues to contribute as a Technical Lead and mentor. Colin previously held technical leadership positions as software engineer for SRI and 100world. He was the chief architect on the development of a comprehensive stock market simulation application, which has been applied to a number of different industries. His breadth of practical experience spans web-based financial, inventory, payment, marketing, shipment tracking, content management, software distribution and administrative systems.

Won Ng, VP Professional Services
Won Ng brings over 9 years of experience working with content management and storage related companies. In those companies she has played numerous roles in software engineering, business analysis, product management and professional services. Immediately prior to joining The Level, Won held the position of Director, Software Development at Bycast Inc., overseeing the entire software development and testing organization, and managing teams of up to 25. Prior to that role, she was the Director of Product Management for Bycast and has also worked for Pivotal Corporation as well as the UBC Industry Liaison Office. Won holds a Master of Engineering in Advanced Technology Management and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of British Columbia.

Keith Ransom, VP Product
Keith began his distinguished career in the software development industry over ten years ago. He has extensive experience developing J2EE and XML based solutions, including the development of Content Management and Portal systems. Keith previously held the position of Chief Technical Officer for a software development firm based in South Australia developing a web based e-logistics solution. He has enjoyed the ability to act as a technical consultant outside of Australia as well, spending time working in both the United Kingdom and Canada. Keith works primarily out of The Level office in Adelaide, Australia.

Richard Caelius, VP International Business
With a B.Sc. degree from the University of Sussex (England) and an MBA from the Instituto de Empresa Business School in Madrid (Spain), Richard has more than 8 years of technology and management experience. He has relevant experience in the fields of marketing, finance, operations and product innovation. Previously, Richard co-founded a German IT consulting company, senacor, where he worked for 6 years and held the position of Global CIO. Prior to joining The Level Richard worked for the strategy-consulting firm DiamondCluster in Munich.

Guy Wang, Financial Contoller
With more than 10 years experience, Guy is responsible for directing, maintaining and controlling all aspects of accounting, budgeting, reporting, funding and treasury at The Level. Previously, Guy worked as Controller for Qtrade Financial Group in Vancouver, BC. He has also worked as an auditor for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Portland and Seattle, and for a number of private companies. Guy is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and Certified General Accountant (CGA).

Sarah McKee, Human Resources Manager
With over 8 years working in the technology sector, Sarah brings a passion for helping grow and develop technology companies. She is particularly interested in aligning the recruitment, retention, and development of an organization’s talent with current & future business requirements … and helping build a great organizational culture in the process. Prior to joining The Level, Sarah spent 5 years leading HR at Perceptronix Medical Inc., a cancer diagnostics company. She also provided HR services to several technology companies including QuestAir Technologies, WebCT, & Inimex Pharmaceuticals, and has worked at both BCIT and UBC.

Mike Hamilton, Uber Tech Lead
With more than 12 years experience in enterprise software development and professional services, Mike oversees the developers on our Professional Services teams working on implementations of The Level Enterprise Web Content Management System. Before joining The Level, Mike spent more than nine years with BroadVision Inc. in both professional services and engineering roles. Previously he held software development positions at Intel and IBM. He has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington.
